THE STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE
Founded by an experienced Latvian construction professional, Costa Renovations Studio brings a Northern European approach to renovation on the Costa del Sol — precision, responsibility and uncompromising attention to detail.
We believe quality is not only what you see when a project is finished. It is also everything behind the walls, beneath the surfaces and throughout every stage of the renovation.
Our goal is simple: to create beautiful homes that are built and finished properly.
Meet the Founder
Elmars Pelna
Originally from Latvia, Elmars brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, renovation and finishing.
His approach has been shaped by Northern European standards of craftsmanship — precision, responsibility and attention to detail.
Elmārs doesn't simply manage projects from a distance. He works on-site, personally takes part in the renovation process and oversees the quality of the work at every stage.
For him, quality is not only about what you see when a project is finished. It is equally important that everything behind the walls and beneath the surfaces is done properly.
Today, he brings this experience and hands-on approach to homes across the Costa del Sol, ensuring that every project reflects the standards behind the Costa Renovations Studio name.
“When your name stands behind the company, every detail matters.”
